Financial Lead | 10-Week Contract | Cork

Salary: €60,000 per annum pro rata

Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Financial Lead to join their team in Cork on a 10-week contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can step into a senior-level position and provide strong financial oversight and support throughout the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Manage financial reporting and month-end processes
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and cash flow
• Prepare and review financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records
• Provide financial information and analysis to senior management
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Financial Lead, Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance position
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of finance responsibilities
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to quickly integrate into an existing finance function
• Available to start on 26 October and commit to the full 10-week contract
