Field Service Technician

Flexistaff is hiring a Field Service Technician on a temporary ongoing basis to cover Laois/Offaly. This role involves delivering, installing, and maintaining essential medical equipment for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities

Install and service medical oxygen and ventilation systems.

Train patients and families on equipment use and provide technical support.

Share product knowledge in private and hospital settings.

Participate in a rotational after-hours patient support schedule.

What We‘re Looking For

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.

Experience in a field-based role, ideally in technical sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail for equipment repairs.

IT proficiency and general computer skills.

Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks.

Full driving license (held for at least two years).

Experience with homecare medical devices is a plus, but full training is provided.
