E-Commerce Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 DOE

With a growing network of stores and an expanding online presence, they‘re now seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take their digital strategy to the next level.

About the Role

This is a key position within the company‘s Support Office, responsible for leading and growing online sales channels. You‘ll manage day-to-day e-commerce operations while driving performance through analytics, paid media, and AI-driven tools. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the brand‘s online growth and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily online operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, Paid Social) and deliver measurable ROI.
• Implement AI-driven strategies to enhance content, SEO, and customer personalisation.
• Analyse traffic and sales funnels, identifying areas to improve conversion and order value.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Systems teams to deliver brand-aligned campaigns and ensure stock accuracy.
• Track and report on KPIs – traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend – to senior management.

About You

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRO techniques
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and optimisation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Passion for retail, innovation, and customer experience
