Job Title: Digital Content Designer
We are seeking a Digital Content Designer who can combine creative design expertise with a strong understanding of content marketing principles. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets that bring our campaigns to life, ensuring our brand resonates with target audiences.
This role bridges design and storytelling, making it ideal for a creative professional with a passion for both design and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design:
- Design digital assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, online advertisements, and video editing.
- Produce visually engaging infographics and presentation templates to support creative and brand initiatives.
- Develop cohesive visual identities for online marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Design:
- Collaborate with the Social Media Executive, fellow designers, and the E-commerce team to create assets that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
- Design dynamic visuals for blogs, emails, websites, and social media channels.
- Support the production of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive assets.
Campaign Support:
- Partner with the Creative & Brand Manager and wider teams to deliver impactful assets for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Review campaign performance data and user feedback to refine and optimise designs.
Brand Development:
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and creative outputs.
- Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to the brand’s evolving visual identity.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- 4+ years’ experience in digital design or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design for campaigns across social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience creating graphics optimised for web and social platforms.
- Skills in motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., ClickUp).
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience using email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies, SEO, and audience engagement best practices
