Job Title: Home Delivery Truck Driver – East of Ireland

Location: Dublin (covering Dublin and surrounding counties)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: €34,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Home Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will provide an efficient home delivery service, ensuring that furniture is delivered, assembled, and installed to a high standard in customers‘ homes.

If you hold a C licence, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, this could be the ideal role for you. Full training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times
• Review and verify orders before delivery
• Load, transport, and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Deliver and assemble furniture in customers‘ homes and in-store display areas
• Remove furniture where necessary, as pre-arranged
• Maintain regular communication with Logistics and Customer Service teams
• Conduct vehicle inspections prior to departure
• Adhere to uniform and presentation standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Full clean C driving licence, valid CPC certificates, and tachograph card
• Previous experience driving trucks essential
• Strong knowledge of city and county road networks within the province
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (this is a physically demanding role)
• At least 1 year of home delivery experience preferred (training provided)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
