Deli Manager – Busy Garage, Athy

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
Location: Athy, Co. Kildare
Rotational Shift: Monday – Sunday (1 Weekend Off Per Month)

We are looking for an experienced Deli Manager to lead our busy deli in a well-established garage in Athy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily deli operations and ensure high food and service standards
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
• Train, motivate, and lead the deli team
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding (experience a plus)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a deli, food service, or retail environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
• Staff recruitment experience is advantageous
