Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
Location: Athy, Co. Kildare
Rotational Shift: Monday – Sunday (Guaranteed 1 Weekend Off Per Month)

Are you an experienced and hardworking individual with a passion for food and customer service? We are looking for a Deli Manager to lead our busy deli in a well-established garage in Athy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the deli, ensuring high-quality food and service standards
Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
Train, motivate, and lead a team of deli staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff (experience in this area is a plus!)
