Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer accounts, ensuring performance targets (KPIs) are met.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers for retention and growth.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and partners to provide exceptional service.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with customs and other regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Prepare customer quotations and convert them into bookings.
  • Process customer rates, supplier charges, and invoicing.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance customer service.
  • Work closely with colleagues across national and international offices.
  • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with a flexible, hands-on approach.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service at all times.
  • Handle customs-related processes like export and import declarations.
  • Perform general office and admin duties as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience in road freight and customs is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong email and phone communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
