Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts, ensuring performance targets (KPIs) are met.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers for retention and growth.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and partners to provide exceptional service.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with customs and other regulatory bodies as needed.
- Prepare customer quotations and convert them into bookings.
- Process customer rates, supplier charges, and invoicing.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance customer service.
- Work closely with colleagues across national and international offices.
- Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with a flexible, hands-on approach.
- Ensure top-notch customer service at all times.
- Handle customs-related processes like export and import declarations.
- Perform general office and admin duties as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks.
- Experience in road freight and customs is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong email and phone communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
