We are currently seeking an ongoing Temporary Customer Service Agent in the Blanchardstown office, reporting to the Office Administration Manager. The successful candidate will become a part of a seasoned team dedicated to providing exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The working hours are between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with some work on Saturdays also within scope. Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from homecare patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment.
- Coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
- Managing orders and tasks for field staff using a bespoke database.
- Ensuring the consistent achievement and exceeding of service levels and targets.
- Handling any other ad-hoc office administration duties as they arise.

- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding telephone manner and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload.
- Flexible approach to all aspects of the role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems is desirable but not essential.
