Job description

We are currently seeking an ongoing Temporary Customer Service Agent in the Blanchardstown office, reporting to the Office Administration Manager. The successful candidate will become a part of a seasoned team dedicated to providing exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The working hours are between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with some work on Saturdays also within scope. Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from homecare patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
  • Managing orders and tasks for field staff using a bespoke database.
  • Ensuring the consistent achievement and exceeding of service levels and targets.
  • Handling any other ad-hoc office administration duties as they arise.

  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload.
  • Flexible approach to all aspects of the role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems is desirable but not essential.
