Flexistaff Recruitment is hiring an experienced Customer Delivery Manager for a highly visible leadership role. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive service excellence, and act as a trusted deputy to senior management.

This role will suit a credible, commercially minded leader who can step into the manager’s absence, present clearly to board members and confidently turn ideas, insights and projects into measurable improvements.

The Opportunity

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer delivery team.
• Champion customer service excellence and consistent customer experience.
• Represent the department and make sound decisions in the manager‘s absence.
• Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations to board members and senior leaders.
• Translate performance data, customer feedback, and operational insights into practical recommendations.
• Lead improvement projects from idea through to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• A confident people leader with a strong track record of building capable, engaged teams.
• Executive presence, sound judgement and the credibility to represent a key business function.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence decisions.
• A customer-first mindset combined with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience leading projects, change initiatives, or service improvements.
• A solutions-focused communicator who listens well, challenges constructively and gains buy-in.
• Calm under pressure, decisive when needed, and accountable for outcomes.
