About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Delivery Manager for an exciting new leadership position with a major retail client. You’ll be the right-hand person to the Head of Department, helping to shape strategy and lead a growing team focused on best-in-class customer home delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the Customer Delivery team across ROI
• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and scheduling
• Ensure outstanding customer service and fast issue resolution
• Collaborate with stores, customer service, and external partners
• Analyse KPIs, manage budgets, and drive performance
• Prepare reports and improve delivery processes
• Champion team culture, training, and development

About You

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in retail or home delivery
• Skilled in people management, team development, and payroll
• Excellent communicator, confident with email, reports & presentations
• Customer-obsessed with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Comfortable visiting sites across the Republic of Ireland
• A background in logistics or retail fulfilment is a big plus (but we’re not a logistics company!)
