Job Title: Customer Delivery Manager

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (additional hours during peak trading periods)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Delivery Manager to join a growing retail operation. This is a newly created leadership role that will support the Head of Customer Delivery in driving operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience, and delivering strategic improvements across the delivery function.

The successful candidate will lead a team, oversee daily delivery operations, manage performance and reporting, and work closely with internal departments and delivery partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Customer Delivery team.
• Manage daily delivery operations and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and produce management reports.
• Handle customer escalations and drive continuous service improvements.
• Manage team rosters, payroll-related administration, attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with stores, customer service teams, warehouses, and delivery partners.
• Support recruitment, training, coaching and employee development.
• Drive operational efficiencies and contribute to strategic projects.

About You

• Previous experience managing teams within retail, home delivery, customer service, logistics, or a related environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong administration, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.
• Full clean driving licence and own transport essential, as travel to sites across Ireland is required.
