On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare service provider, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Agent to join their team in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries with internal departments and courier services.
• Provide timely updates and information to field-based staff.
• Process orders accurately using internal systems.
• Complete general administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Ensure all customer queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, customer care, or administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience within a healthcare environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
