About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Heating & Plumbing Sales Executive to join their Cork team. In this role, you will manage sales enquiries, provide expert product advice, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs in the commercial heating and plumbing sector. From first contact through to delivery, you will ensure a smooth and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales opportunities and enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide professional advice, product information, and quotations to commercial clients.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer requirements and expectations.
• Keep clients updated on order progress and delivery schedules.
• Resolve queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the full product range.
• Use company software to prepare quotations and project layouts.

Person Specification

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong customer service skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role, ideally in heating, plumbing, or related sectors.
• Results-driven with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
