Seasonal Chef de Partie – Dungarvan, Co. Waterford
Location: Dungarvan, Co. Waterford
Contract: Until the end of September
Pay: €15-€18 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Dungarvan for the summer season. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality dishes to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated area.
- Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
