Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Dalkey, County Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at a vibrant and contemporary restaurant located in the heart of Dalkey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their culinary career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all sections
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Ensure all food preparation and service is carried out in line with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Take ownership of a designated section and contribute to menu planning and development
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 yearsexperience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
  • A passion for food and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
