Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of a client looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team.
Main Duties:
· Prepare food daily as assigned by senior chefs to meet high standards.
· Follow supervisors’ instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
· Coordinate kitchen operations with the Sous Chef.
· Supervise and mentor junior chefs or commis.
· Estimate daily production needs and ensure food quality.
· Maintain high standards in food production, preparation, and presentation.
Requirements:
· Legal permission to work in Ireland.
· Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach.
· Fluent in spoken and written English.
· Ability to take initiative and work well in a team.
· Positive attitude and ability to follow directions.
