Job Title: Checkout Supervisor
Location: North Dublin Coast
Salary: Circa €30,200 – €31,000 DOE
Shift: Full-Time | 5 Days Over 7 | Weekend Availability Required

Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Checkout Supervisor to join a busy retail grocery environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with proven supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the checkout team
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Deliver high standards of customer service
• Manage queues and workflow efficiently
• Support training and development of staff
• Handle customer queries and service desk duties
• Maintain operational and compliance standards

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ supervisory experience within retail
• Grocery retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience using POS/till systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and customer focused
