The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring effective management of staff, resources, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales performance while maintaining strong profit margins.
  • Managing stock levels efficiently and ensuring effective merchandising.
  • Monitoring and analysing branch profitability, sales, and operational costs.
  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.
  • Leading and developing the branch team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the branch operates efficiently and cost-effectively.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a team.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Good understanding of stock control and financial performance metrics.
  • Excellent IT literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
