Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 DOE + Commission

About the Company

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of premium bathroom products, working with an extensive network of retail showrooms, builders’ providers, and plumbing merchants nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Retail Sales Manager to join their Dublin team.

The Role

This is an exciting field-based sales position focused on developing and growing relationships within the retail bathroom sector across the Greater Dublin region.

You will be responsible for increasing market share, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through strong customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with retail partners across your assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and increase market share within the retail channel.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline using the CRM system.
• Promote the company’s product portfolio and service offering.
• Build brand awareness and product distribution within the marketplace.
• Attend trade events and industry exhibitions as required.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.
• Resolve customer and operational issues professionally and efficiently.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales, retail sales, or account management.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of sales performance and targets.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
• Comfortable analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience within construction, bathrooms, interiors, builders’ merchants, or related sectors would be advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence required.
