Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service in a lively hospitality setting. They are now seeking confident, reliable, and customer-focused bar staff to support the team during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently during busy periods.
• Support floor and service teams where required.
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Ensure customers always receive a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Previous bar experience is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good knowledge of drinks service and bar operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods as required.
