B2B Sales Executive – Work wear Footwear

Hybrid Role | Extensive Travel Required
€50-60k + Bonus + Company Car + Expenses

Our client, a leading branded footwear company, is looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow sales and strengthen client relationships within the work wear footwear market. This role combines on-site client engagement and remote working, offering flexibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive B2B growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and expand brand presence.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals to win new contracts.
  • Present the work wear footwear portfolio to potential clients.
  • Provide product training to enhance client adoption and loyalty.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.

What You Need

  • 3+ year’s B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Existing network B2B Sales in Hotel, Hospitals, Health care & Construction sectors is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience in writing tender documents and proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full, clean Irish driver’s licence – extensive travel required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems.
  • Experience in account management and sales forecasting is a bonus.
