B2B Sales Executive – Work wear Footwear
Hybrid Role | Extensive Travel Required
€50-60k + Bonus + Company Car + Expenses
Our client, a leading branded footwear company, is looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow sales and strengthen client relationships within the work wear footwear market. This role combines on-site client engagement and remote working, offering flexibility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive B2B growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and expand brand presence.
- Prepare and submit tenders and proposals to win new contracts.
- Present the work wear footwear portfolio to potential clients.
- Provide product training to enhance client adoption and loyalty.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
What You Need
- 3+ year’s B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Existing network B2B Sales in Hotel, Hospitals, Health care & Construction sectors is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience in writing tender documents and proposals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Full, clean Irish driver’s licence – extensive travel required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems.
- Experience in account management and sales forecasting is a bonus.
