Join a leading Irish DIY/Homeware retailer as an Assistant Manager in the Leinster region!
Our client is a home-grown brand renowned for outstanding customer service and a wide selection of high-quality products. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a motivated individuals to support their store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the store.
  • Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Manage inventory, including stock control and ordering.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Implement and maintain store policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
