Area Manager (South / Southeast Ireland)

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations across South and Southeast Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business performance across a growing network of stores.

Location Coverage:

• Covering approximately 8 stores across Cork, Waterford, Limerick, Kildare, and Kilkenny.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Analyse store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, standards, and procedures across all locations.
• Drive excellent customer service and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Manage recruitment, training, and ongoing development of store staff.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximise profitability.
• Report regularly on store and district performance to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven multi-site retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness with a focus on delivering sales targets.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full Irish driving licence is essential.
