Temporary Reception Administrator

Location: Dublin 15
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: Up to 15 per hour, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for a professional and personable Reception Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This position requires an individual who can provide a welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth running of a busy office through effective administration and document management.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, customers, and suppliers
  • Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries
  • Managing and maintaining documentation, filing systems, and records
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as required
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor sign-in procedures
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy when handling company documentation

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
