Accounts Administrator
Location: Co. Carlow
Salary: €35,000+ DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
Our client, a highly respected and world-class logistics operation within the equine sector, is currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced office team.
This role will support the day-to-day finance and administration function of the business, working closely with management and operations teams to ensure accurate financial processing and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and supplier statements
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and general finance administration
- Assisting with VAT returns and financial reporting support
- Maintaining accurate financial and office records
- Supporting payroll and general administration duties
- Liaising with suppliers and clients professionally
- Assisting the wider office team with ad hoc administration duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounts administration role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems
- Experience supporting VAT and finance administration duties
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
