This is a full-time position (8:00am – 5:00pm).

Saturday work is essential (8:00am – 3:00pm), with a day off during the week.

FlexiStaff Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Bathroom Showroom Manager on behalf of our client.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with bathroom showroom experience who can lead a team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for both trade and retail customers.

What You’ll Do

Manage the day-to-day running of the showroom
Lead and motivate the sales team
Drive sales and showroom growth
Build strong relationships with customers and trade professionals
Maintain high showroom standards and displays

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing a bathroom showroom or similar interiors showroom
Strong sales and customer service skills
Proven leadership experience
Commercially focused and target-driven
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
