General Operative

Flexistaff is currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our client’s growing team in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable using tools. Previous experience with power tools is an advantage; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the assembly and preparation of products
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• General warehouse and production duties
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Always following health & safety procedures
• Supporting team members and supervisors with daily tasks
• Ensuring work is completed to deadlines and quality standards
• Assembling Pallets.

Requirements:

• Experience using power tools is an advantage, or willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Manual handling experience is beneficial
