Signage Production Operative (Full-Time)

Flexistaff are seeking a Signage Production Operative on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join a growing signage business, working on a variety of production, installation, and vehicle graphics projects.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Sign Maker, Finisher & Fitter who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Experience in vehicle wrapping is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing, organising, and installing signage projects while ensuring excellent standards of workmanship and customer service. Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare and organise signage jobs for production and installation
✔ Deliver projects on time and to a high standard of quality
✔ Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
✔ Manage fitting schedules and installation requirements
✔ Ensure health & safety compliance on-site
✔ Identify and resolve installation risks and challenges
✔ Carry out sign production, finishing, fitting, and installations
✔ Maintain exceptional workmanship across all projects

Requirements

✔ Previous experience within the signage industry is essential
✔ Experience in sign making, fitting, and finishing
✔ Vehicle wrapping experience desirable
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Full clean driving licence essential
✔ Safe Pass and computer skills are advantageous
