Pharmacy Technician

Here at Flexistaff we are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly and professional pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, patient-focused, and passionate about providing a high standard of customer care.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician diploma/qualification or relevant pharmacy experience.
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy procedures and medication handling.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, dispensing, and supply of medicines under the direction of the pharmacist.
• Receive, check, and organise pharmacy stock and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Support the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team with daily operations.
• Ensure medicines and stock are stored correctly and securely.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional pharmacy environment.
• Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Assist with administrative duties and other pharmacy services as required.
