FlexiStaff Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Trade Counter Salesperson on behalf of our valued client based in Athlone.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful business where you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service at the trade counter
Drive sales and achieve performance targets
Prepare, track, and follow up on customer quotations accurately
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive working relationships
Manage stock control and ordering processes
Utilize sales software and computer systems efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Trade Counter Sales or similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Confidence in building customer relationships
Computer literate with experience using sales systems
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Saturday
