We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing operations team.

The Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and will manage cases from start to finish, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.
You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners and customers to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and CRM systems.
- Provide updates on ongoing cases and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
- Process customer payments and additional service charges.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate services from initial booking through to completion.
- Monitor workflows and ensure agreed turnaround times are achieved.
- Liaise with operational teams to progress cases efficiently.
- Escalate issues where necessary.
- Monitor and manage open cases.
Logistics Management
- Coordinate collections and deliveries with courier partners.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure service levels and operational KPIs are met.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records and system updates.
- Assist with website and pricing administration.
- Produce operational reports and performance updates.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify service improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, operations or service coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Irish customers and customer service expectations.
- Experience handling challenging customer conversations and complaints.
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
