Night Manager

Location: North Dublin
Salary: €38,000 – €40,000 DOE
Shift: Full-Time | 4 Nights Over 7 | 8:00pm – 7:00am | Weekend & Public Holiday Availability Required

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with previous night management experience looking to join a busy 4-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel overnight and lead the team on duty
• Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Coordinate conference and function room setups
• Support food & beverage operations as required
• Conduct health & safety checks
• Supervise staff and ensure the efficient running of the hotel overnight

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Night Manager within a 3 or 4-star hotel
• Experience using hotel front office systems
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of health & safety and fire safety procedures
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Occupational First Aid certification desirable
