Store Manager

Location: North Dublin Coastal Area
Salary: €50,000 – €52,000 DOE
Hours: Full-Time, 45 Hours Per Week (5 Days Over 7)
Shift Pattern: Includes weekends, public holidays, early starts and late finishes

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead the overall operation of a highy volume supermarket environment. This role requires a commercially focused retail leader with strong people management experience, a proven track record in grocery retail, and the ability to drive performance, customer service, and operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store management team.
Work closely with senior management on operational objectives and strategic initiatives.
Manage store financial performance, sales, and key business KPIs.
Oversee a workforce of approximately 90-100 employees across all departments.
Drive staff training, development, and succession planning.
Lead team meetings and set departmental objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant retail legislation and company procedures.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the store.
Manage stock control, availability, and inventory performance.
Oversee HACCP compliance and food safety standards.
Manage health and safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure the store is presented to the highest retail standards at all times.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Store Manager within a large supermarket environment.
Strong understanding of store financials, sales performance, and KPI management.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Strong knowledge of fresh food operations.
HACCP trained with a good understanding of food safety requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong customer service focus.
Ability to work on own initiative and lead large teams effectively.
Flexible for early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
