Customer Delivery Manager

Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join a busy and fast-paced delivery operation.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys leading teams, driving operational performance and building strong working relationships across transport, logistics and customer delivery functions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence how the department operates, identify improvements and play a significant role in its future direction.

North Dublin | €50,000 – €55,000 | Permanent | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the delivery planning team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor service levels, delivery performance and operational KPIs.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and customer experience.
• Support the day-to-day management of the delivery operation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management experience within logistics, transport, distribution, supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing operational performance and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
