Location: Dublin
Hours: 40 hours per week 5 days over 7

About the Role

Our client, a leading Irish retailer, is seeking a Customer Delivery Planner to join their busy delivery operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, planning schedules, liaising with drivers and logistics providers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily customer deliveries
• Liaise with drivers, third-party logistics providers, and store teams
• Manage customer delivery queries and reschedule deliveries when required
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update internal systems
• Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, transport planning, or administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
