Salary: €50,000 – €55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required during peak periods)

I’m currently recruiting for a newly created Customer Delivery Manager position with one of Ireland’s leading retail businesses.

This is a key leadership role supporting the Head of Department and overseeing customer delivery operations across the Republic of Ireland. I’m looking to speak with candidates who have experience managing operational teams and are comfortable dealing with drivers, transport providers and delivery performance on a daily basis.

The Role

• Lead and develop the Customer Delivery team across ROI
• Manage day-to-day delivery operations and service performance
• Work closely with drivers, transport partners and internal stakeholders
• Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and operational performance
• Deliver reporting and presentations to senior management
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support the Head of Department and provide cover when required
• Drive a positive team culture focused on service excellence

About You

• Previous experience managing operational, transport, delivery or retail teams
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Experience working directly with drivers, transport providers or home delivery operations
• Confident using Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable presenting information to senior stakeholders
• A hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving
• Able to travel across ROI when required
• Experience within retail, logistics, fulfilment or customer delivery environments would be highly advantageous
