We are currently seeking an Experienced Residential Civil Site Manager to join our growing team on residential civil engineering projects across the Dublin region.

This is a full-time permanent position offering long-term career opportunities with a well-established and expanding construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Monitor project progress and maintain programme schedules.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Civil Site Management role.
• Proven experience working on residential civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities simultaneously.
• Safe Pass and relevant site management qualifications.
• Full clean driving licence.

Essential:

• Must be flexible regarding working hours and shift patterns to meet project and operational requirements.
• Ability to start immediately or at short notice is highly desirable.
