Van Driver – Blanchardstown, Dublin

Pay: €14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Payment: Paid weekly
Weekends: No weekend work

We are hiring a reliable and motivated Van Driver to join a busy file storage facility based in Blanchardstown. This role involves multi-drop deliveries and collections across Dublin, with occasional trips to Cork, Waterford, and Galway.

This is a Monday to Friday role with 8-hour shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm. No weekend work is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections of files and documents.
• Plan efficient routes and manage daily schedules to meet deadlines.
• Safely load and unload the van to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect necessary documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques.
• Keep the van clean and organised.

Requirements

• Valid B driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Strong organisational and route-planning skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous van driving or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions while on the road.
