Showroom Sales Executive – Ballymount, Dublin

Salary DOE: €45,000 – €55,000 + Commission + Bonus

Flexistaff Recruitment are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded bathroom showroom based in Ballymount. Our client operates within the mid to high-end market and is known for delivering exceptional customer service, premium products, and tailored design solutions.

The Role

This position is all about people, service, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be confident speaking with customers, able to break the ice naturally, and have the personality and professionalism to build trust from the moment clients walk into the showroom.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through product selections, preparing quotations, following up on leads, up-selling where appropriate, and ensuring excellent aftercare throughout the customer journey.

Organisation and follow-up are absolutely key in this role. Diary management, reminders, and keeping on top of quotations and customer communication will play a major part in your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional showroom environment
• Build strong relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
• Prepare quotations accurately and follow up in a timely manner
• Upsell products and additional solutions where suitable
• Maintain excellent aftercare and ongoing customer communication
• Keep detailed records, reminders, and diary follow-ups
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
• Ensure the showroom presentation remains to a very high standard

Ideal Candidate

• Previous showroom or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage with people
• Well presented, professional, and customer focused
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a passion for sales
• Able to go the extra mile for customers
• Strong follow-up and time management skills
• Experience within interiors, bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, furniture, or luxury retail would be an advantage
