Administrator / Accounts Assistant – Clonakilty, Cork
Ongoing Temporary Role | €16 per hour
Monday to Friday | 10 hours per week initially (increasing to 20+ hours)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established print and graphics company based in Cork. They are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator / Accounts Assistant to support their busy office on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours with scope to increase over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to the office and management team
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining accurate financial and customer records
- Supporting month-end tasks and reporting where required
- Handling customer queries via phone and email
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Assisting with ad hoc admin and accounts duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration and/or accounts role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
