Location: Co. Cork
Salary: From €18 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, flexible scheduling available

We’re looking for someone with drive, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food and customer service to lead our fast-paced deli department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the deli, ensuring smooth, efficient service
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
Lead, train, and schedule staff to meet performance targets
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in deli management, food retail, or similar environment
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations
Proven leadership and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards
Excellent communication and team management skills
