Job Title: Sales & Accounts Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both administrative and basic accounts duties. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the business by managing sales documentation, invoicing, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage delivery dockets and ensure all documentation is correctly recorded.
- Process and update sales orders within the company system.
- Handle customer queries professionally, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and accounts where required.
- Manage and process bank requisitions and assist with basic financial administration.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, payments, and customer information.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
- Support the accounts team with general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, or accounts administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and order documentation.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems would be an advantage.
