€35,000 per annum with bonus

Overview
Our client is currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team based in Ballymount. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within both HR and recruitment in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding, including preparation of contracts, new starter documentation, and employee file setup
- Process and review weekly and monthly timesheets with a high level of accuracy
- Provide support with payroll administration, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with company policies and compliance requirements
- Respond to employee queries in relation to HR policies, procedures, and general administration
- Support absence management, annual leave tracking, and employee records
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external providers where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, or payroll administration role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing timesheets and supporting payroll processes
- Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of Irish employment law is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
