Job Title: Business Development Manager ClisteClean Solutions

Location: East of Ireland (Field-Based)
Salary: €35,000 Base Salary + Commission + Company Car

Overview

Our client is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to support the growth of our ClisteClean smart warewashing solution across the East of Ireland.

ClisteClean is an innovative service-led solution that combines smart chemical dosing, monitoring technology, preventative maintenance, and service support to deliver consistent hygiene results, operational efficiency, and cost savings for customers.

This role is focused on consultative solution selling, identifying operational challenges within commercial kitchens and hospitality environments, and working with customers to implement the right solution.

The successful candidate will be trained in and expected to use SPIN Selling methodology to uncover customer problems, understand operational implications, and position ClisteClean as the best long-term solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new ClisteClean opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, education and commercial sectors
  • Identify operational challenges within customer kitchens and warewashing processes
  • Use SPIN Selling methodology to diagnose customer problems and uncover business impact
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers including owners, operations managers and facilities managers
  • Conduct site assessments and gather technical information required to build ClisteClean offers
  • Work closely with the ClisteClean BDM and technical team to prepare solution proposals
  • Present ClisteClean offers and service agreements to prospective clients
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities within Dynamics CRM
  • Deliver consistent monthly quote activity and new contract value
  • Collaborate with the wider Western Hygiene sales team to identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the warewashing and hygiene sector

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in a Business Development or Field Sales role
  • Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship building
  • Experience selling B2B solutions, service contracts, or technical products
  • Strong questioning and listening skills with the ability to understand customer challenges
  • Interest in consultative or solution-based selling approaches such as SPIN Selling
  • Ability to analyse customer problems and develop tailored solutions
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and territory
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Full clean driving licence
