Overview

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Dispatch & Goods In Coordinator to join their established team based in Dublin 20. Our client operates within the food production and meat processing sector in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on dispatch operations, goods in management and stock control to ensure the smooth movement of products through the facility while maintaining traceability and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations ensuring orders are prepared, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coordinate closely with production, warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Oversee goods in processes including receiving deliveries, checking quantities, documentation and product quality.
• Ensure accurate stock movements, product codes, weights and batch traceability are recorded within internal systems.
• Work with cold storage and distribution teams to manage stock allocation and dispatch scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure all food safety, traceability and compliance procedures are followed at all times.
• Support the warehouse and operations team with administration, documentation and stock control tasks.
• Assist with daily operational planning and coordination to maintain efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years‘ experience in dispatch, goods in, warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Experience within food production, meat processing, FMCG or cold storage environments would be highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of stock control, batch traceability and product handling.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail when checking quantities, weights and product codes.
• Strong IT and systems skills, ideally with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with production, warehouse and transport teams.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
