We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, Irish-owned business operating within the hygiene and healthcare solutions sector. With decades of industry experience, strong ISO accreditations, and a reputation for innovation, our client is entering an exciting new phase of commercial growth.

This is a genuine field-based business development role suited to someone who enjoys building new relationships, winning new business, and driving revenue growth. It is not a passive account management position – this role is about identifying opportunities and converting them.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Developing new business across designated sectors and territories
• Identifying and securing new client partnerships
• Growing existing accounts through upselling and solution-based selling
• Promoting innovative, system-led solutions within the hygiene and healthcare space
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Managing and maintaining a structured sales pipeline using CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Driving consistent revenue and margin growth
• Managing your territory with autonomy and accountability

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys prospecting and actively winning new business
• Has experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN Selling)
• Is comfortable having commercial, solution-focused conversations
• Can manage their own territory effectively
• Is organised, structured and disciplined in their approach
• Thrives in a target-driven environment
• Is motivated by performance-based earnings and career progression
