Part-Time Administrator – Dundalk
Flexistaff are hiring on behalf of our client

Flexistaff are currently recruiting for a strong Administrator to join our client’s team in Dundalk. This role is to provide maternity leave cover, with the possibility of becoming a more permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Location: Dundalk
Start Date: Before 12th March
Hourly Rate: €14.50 – €16.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 19-24 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative support
* Ordering stationery and office supplies
* Booking goods in and receipting through internal systems
* Supporting daily office operations

Ideal Candidate:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Comfortable working with internal systems and processing orders
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Available to start immediately
