Flexistaff are recruiting on behalf of a leading furniture retailer for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy Dublin 12 office.If you‘re friendly, organised, and enjoy helping customers while keeping things running smoothly, this could be your next great career move.

What You‘ll Be Doing

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a professional and helpful response every time

Using CRM and customer service systems to log, track and resolve customer issues efficiently

Working closely with the Sales, Fulfilment, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

Liaising with suppliers and stores to provide accurate updates and support

Managing and distributing information to customers or retail locations as required (travel allowance provided)

Taking ownership of customer relationships and driving satisfaction

Earning commission on any sales managed through your customer interactions

What We‘re Looking For

PC literate with experience using CRM or customer service systems

Minimum 2 years‘ experience in customer service or support (retail or furniture background an advantage)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A positive, team-focused attitude

Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Choose from 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, or a mix of both

No weekend work
