HR Officer
Location: Ballymount
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-time | On-site
Overview
We are currently recruiting an organised and proactive HR Officer to join a busy and growing business based in Ballymount, Dublin 12. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and checking weekly and monthly timesheets
- Supporting payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Providing general HR and administrative support to the business
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting with onboarding, contracts, and employee file management
- Acting as a point of contact for basic HR queries from staff and management
- Supporting absence management, holidays, and employee records
- Assisting with HR reporting and compliance documentation
- Liaising with internal departments and external providers as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR or payroll administration role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience working with timesheets and payroll processes
- Good working knowledge of HR administration systems
- Advantageous to have knowledge of Irish employment law
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
